The space

Matina’s Tiny Home and the adjacent Vicky’s Guest House are situated in a secluded rural area, though very close to some of the main touristic spots like the port of Patmos(Skala) and the beach of Meloi. The two little dwellings, facing west, boast one of the most fascinating sunsets on the island with epicenter of the view the Patmos Yacht Marina.
Both guest houses are totally independent and are located on the ground floor of a two storey summer house (The upper floor’s main house is also available for rent under the name “C-actus”). The rational of the Greek owners was to create a holiday home suitable for accommodating as many friends and family as possible, but still retaining their privacy.
Matina’s Tiny Home, covering a total area of 35 s.m., in one space, is ideal for a couple and encompasses a spacious bedroom which is separated from the kitchen area with a partition wall and a newly renovated bathroom. The entrance opens to a forged cemented patio where much of the summer life takes place under the mesmerizing smell of the local herbs.
