OTA reservations (Booking.com, Airbnb and others) follow the cancellation window shown on that listing at the time you booked.

For direct bookings on reserve-online.net:

• The cancellation deadline and any fee are those displayed on the rate you choose before you pay. Flexible and non-refundable rates may both exist; read the rate before you confirm.
• If no more specific rule is shown on the rate: cancellation more than 14 days before arrival is free of the stay charge; 14 days or fewer, the deposit or the first night may be kept, as stated on the voucher.
• No-show without written notice is charged as a stay not taken, up to the amount already paid or due under the rate.
• Bank charges on refunds are borne by the party that incurred them, unless we cancelled.
• If we have to cancel (for example the unit cannot be delivered), we refund everything you paid us for that stay.

Security deposits, once taken, are not a cancellation fee; they are returned after a normal check-out.
